Volume 2 of 3 in the 'Ultrastructure' series of EPs.
Serving as a follow up to the 'Abstract Revolution' album, 'Ultrastructure' addresses similar themes but crystallises these; they are embedded in the process of production.
The organic and human are sublimated by machines and mechanised procedures, resulting in pieces that collectively serve as an ode to the biological. As the technological assumes the primary status and overruns the organic, 'Ultrastructure' is born as an audio cyborg; it is part-human and part-machine. It is a Ballardian vision of the future, encoded in sound.
